Qualified Personal Trainer with more than 20 years in the health and wellness industry. I’m highly motivated to help others reach their health and fitness goals and having had my own issues recovering with injury, I know from experience the importance of proper form and life-long, sustainable fitness and postural habits.

Functional Movement System
Bridging the gap between physio and returning to training, FMS helps with a deeper awareness of how your body works: increasing the range of motion of each joint while stabilising the opposing joint, understanding the activation/isometric contraction of certain muscle groups while relaxing others to increase muscle strength.
Guiding the body to avoid stress which often leads to fresh injury.

Total Resistence eXercise
A form of suspension training that uses your own bodyweight to improve strength, balance and flexibility, with the core at the root of every position.
TRX works multiple joints and muscles at the same time, transitioning into movements we perform in everyday life, while using your bodyweight allows the intensity and challenge to fit with your experience, co-ordination and confidence.

Restoring Core as the stabilization hub of all movement patterns. With a Focus on pelvic floor and TVA ( transverse abdominals) as a foundational building block, supporting the body through all movement but also helps to support the stability of the spine .
